Our content standards

Useful before searchable.

Renovault publishes project information to help customers plan work and choose appropriate products. We do not change dates simply to make old content appear new, and we do not treat general advice as a substitute for manufacturer instructions, permits or applicable building and electrical codes.

Project guides

Each guide is expected to define the project, explain measurements, identify likely tools and materials, describe an ordered workflow, flag common mistakes and state where product-specific instructions take priority.

Product information

Names, model numbers, dimensions, identifiers, availability and shipping data are based on current catalogue and supplier records. When those records are incomplete, we avoid inventing specifications or customer-review claims.

Updates and corrections

Guides display a review date when their substance has been checked. Product information changes with the catalogue. If you find an error, email orders@renovault.ca with the page URL and correction.

Safety

Renovation work can involve electricity, plumbing, structural assemblies, dust and hazardous materials. Stop when conditions are outside your experience and consult a qualified professional. You can also request project support.
