Privacy policy

Renovault collects the information needed to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the storefront. Shopify processes checkout, payment and customer-account information under its own platform controls.

Information we use

This can include contact, delivery, order, device and communication information. We use it only for operating the store, meeting legal obligations and communicating about your request or purchase.

Advertising and measurement

We use Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to understand whether our advertising is useful and to measure actions such as viewing a product, adding an item to the cart and starting checkout. These tools may process the page visited, product identifiers, cart value, browser or cookie identifiers, and device or browser information. Meta may use this information according to its own privacy policy and account settings.

For completed online purchases, our server-side measurement may send Meta the order value, currency, product identifiers and quantities; browser and advertising identifiers; IP address and browser information; and hashed versions of the customer's email address, phone number, name, city, province, postal code and country. Hashing changes those customer fields before transmission so Meta can use them for attribution and event matching. We do not send payment-card details to Meta.

Our Shopify checkout pixel is configured to run only after permission is granted for Marketing and Analytics. You can limit cookies through your browser, use the privacy choices offered during checkout and manage advertising preferences in your Meta account.
