Renovault collects the information needed to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud and improve the storefront. Shopify processes checkout, payment and customer-account information under its own platform controls.

Information we use

This can include contact, delivery, order, device and communication information. We use it only for operating the store, meeting legal obligations and communicating about your request or purchase.

Your choices

To ask about access, correction or deletion, email orders@renovault.ca. Some transaction records must be retained for tax, fraud and legal purposes.
