Returns

The short version

Unused stock items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

What we cannot take back

• Cut goods - carpet, vinyl and anything cut to your measurement.
• Special orders placed to your specification.
• Opened adhesives, sealants, paint and other chemicals.
• Items showing installation or job-site use.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and what you want to send back. We will reply with a return authorisation and the address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong thing.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected, usually within five business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded on change-of-mind returns.

Something arrived wrong or damaged

Tell us within 48 hours with photos. We cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund at your choice.
