What pickup is like

  1. Choose Pick up at checkout and select a location. Checkout lists the locations available for your items.
  2. Your order confirmation email has the full street address and directions. Wait for the "Ready for pickup" email before you travel.
  3. Bring your order number and photo ID matching the name on the order. Staff bring the order out and can help load.
  4. Check your items before you leave. Long or heavy items need a vehicle that fits them.

Full street addresses are in your order confirmation email. Questions before you order? Email orders@renovault.ca.
