Where we ship

We ship anywhere in Ontario. Orders outside Ontario are quoted case by case, so contact us before ordering.

Rates

• Parcel - orders under 30 lb ship by tracked parcel, $8.99 flat.
• Heavy goods - flooring, doors, board and anything over 30 lb ships by freight, quoted by weight at checkout.
• Free shipping - Ontario orders over $199 ship free by parcel. Freight items are quoted separately.

Timelines

In-stock orders are picked and dispatched within one to two business days. Parcel delivery inside Ontario is typically two to five business days after dispatch. Freight is scheduled with you once the order is packed.

Special order items

Some flooring and carpet is cut or ordered to your size. Those items ship on a longer timeline and we confirm the date with you after the order is placed.

Damage in transit

Inspect your order on arrival. Report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement.
