How to pick up

General guidance for all our locations; your order emails have the details for this one.

  1. Wait for your "Ready for pickup" email before you come. Most orders are ready within one business day.
  2. Go to the front counter with your order number and photo ID matching the name on the order. Staff will print your pickup slip.
  3. Take the slip around to the pickup door at the back of the building and wait there. Staff will bring your order out to you.
  4. Check your items before you leave. Bring a vehicle that fits long or heavy items; staff can help load.
